Hi Guys
You are right about time and understanding / i have very little of both to get it write. My business is predominately an installation business of Patio’s / sheds and all little things that come between.
I have mainly sub-contractors that work for me, and therefore need something that will cover me from that perspective, that they will sign once and keep a copy. We are at different sites every day, so it does need to be very general but specific enough that we comply.
Hope this makes sense.
Could you give me a quote on how much it would cost so that i get a copy for my company and its employees and a sub-contractor related one that holds them accountable for there actions also, and in a format we can add to as legislation expands. eg word document.

Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately, we’ve had to postpone the creation of the ohs plan for non-construction activities for the time being. We want to focus on construction activities for the time being and then slowly branch out to non-construction activities.
